Hearings related to deficiencies noted in New York State's Emergency Radiological Preparedness Act especially in relation to Indian Power Nuclear Power Plant in Westchester Co. and the unopened Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant in Suffolk Co. This set of hearings includes a transcript from the White Plains hearing, two different transcripts from the hearing in Hauppauge (presumably earlier and later in the day), and a copy of Dr. Matthew C. Cordaro's speech as he submitted it (the transcribed version is in the first Hauppauge volume).
